As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an Intermediate Architectural Technician or an Intermediate Architect with a strong interest in the construction site, construction details and the building envelope, while being sensitive to a conceptual approach that focuses on avant-garde work in terms of design, environment and heritage. Principal Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assume, under the supervision of the project manager, the following responsibilities:

• Produce drawings, construction documents, technical documents, plans, etc., using Revit;
• Participate in the production of plans and specifications according to established standards;
• Participate in the technical design of production and in the resolution of assembly problems;
• Participate in the progress of projects at all stages;
• Coordinate plans and specifications with other stakeholders in the construction industry;
• Estimate construction budget costs;
• Research products and participate in the selection of materials and construction systems;
• Participate in the management of construction documents and site administration;
• Follow all stages of a construction site and make visits as required;
• Carry out all other related tasks

Your Profile

• DEC in architectural technology or Master’s degree in architecture;
• 5 years experience in the field;
• Mastery of AutoCAD, Office suite;
• Excellent command of French;
• Mastery of the Adobe suite (an asset);
• Mastery of REVIT;
• Excellent French.
