We are currently seeking to add an Office clerk who will contribute to the operation of our offices and assist in the realization of major architectural projects. The Office Clerk will be present in our Montreal office to welcome clients, suppliers and employees and to ensure the optimal functioning of the physical premises and operations.

Main responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors distribute mail
  • Maintain cleanliness of all common areas
  • Place orders
  • Assist the Health and Safety Committee in the management of equipment
  • Provide administrative support to various committees, teams and promotion

Your profile

  • Able to perform several tasks at the same time
  • Curious, interested in architecture
  • Basic computer skills
  • Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset

Working conditions and environment
