The Project Accountant will work closely with the Project Managers in the preparation of documents and project follow-up. They are responsible for invoicing around half of the firm’s projects.

Your main responsibilities

  • Responsible for the analysis and billing of the firm’s projects, including the billing of a number of consortia
  • Analyze project progress and profitability
  • Assume other related tasks, which could include support in the collection of accounts receivable, rebilling of expenses, etc.

Requirements

  • Certificate, DEC, DEP in accounting or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Perfectly bilingual (English and French, spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Vision, Deltek VantagePoint and ERP software (an asset)
