Main responsibilities

• BIM Modeling: Create detailed architectural models using BIM software (e.g. Autodesk Revit) to develop and document building designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects and project managers to integrate BIM into the project workflow, facilitating effective communication and coordination between team members.
• Quality Control: Review and analyze BIM models to identify and resolve potential problems, discrepancies and contradictions in the design, providing solutions to maintain project efficiency.
• Documentation: Generate construction drawings, technical specifications and other project documents using BIM software, in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Model maintenance: Update and maintain BIM models on an ongoing basis throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that they accurately reflect design changes and project progress.
• Training and support: Contribute to the training and support of less experienced team members in BIM techniques and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• BIM standards: Ensure compliance with company and industry BIM standards, protocols and workflows.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to present BIM-related project updates and resolve any questions or concerns regarding the BIM process.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture, architectural technology or related field.
• More than 3 years’ professional experience in the field of architectural technology, with particular emphasis on BIM.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and knowledge of other BIM-related tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices.
• Knowledge of industry BIM standards and protocols is an asset.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to effectively manage several projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an asset.
• Bilingualism is an asset.
