West Block awarded RAIC Certificate of Merit

The Royal Architectural Institute of Canada has awarded the West Block its 2019 Certificate of Merit for Innovation in Architecture. This is the latest in a series of awards dating back to 1997; the project has won awards all along its many phases over the past two decades and will surely bring home a few more. Congratulations to all!
