Nathan Godlovitch

Architect, Associate
OAQ

Nathan Godlovitch became an Associate at EVOQ in 2017 when the team from Dan Hanganu Architects (DHA) integrated into the firm. He has extensive experience in design and quality control for large scale institutional projects. He has overseen the development of major mixed-use master plans. His extensive experience in construction and design make him a key member in the development of ideas and the translation of programs into sensitive architecture and urban design.

His talents as a designer and team leader have yielded a portfolio of award-winning projects. Most of his projects have been large residential commercial or institutional projects executed in complex contexts with multiple stakeholders. While at Dan Hanganu Architects, Nathan was part of the senior design team for the École des hautes études commerciales (HÉC), the Law Library of McGill University, the Cirque du Soleil head office in Montreal and the winning Bibliothèque Maisonneuve competition. With DHA and Evoq, he has led the design and project management for several notable housing projects such as: Le Breton Flats Phases 1-5 (1070 units), Tribeca (450 units), Claridge Loop (459 units) in Ottawa. He is currently working on projects for homeless shelters for Projet Autochtone du Québec (PAQ) and CAP St-Barnabé.
