Caroline-Dawson Library Competition
Architectural competitions have always been a fertile ground for learning, discussion, and boldness.
Although our proposal for the Caroline-Dawson Garden-Library and Le Prévost Park was not selected, we remain extremely proud of the work accomplished and the collective reflection undertaken around this inspiring project.
This competition perfectly illustrates the commitments made by the Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension borough: to build the climate resilience of tomorrow in a place that reflects the values of its community. This ambitious project sets new standards in sustainable development, which are essential for building the future.
Congratulations to the winning team for their magnificent project!
In collaboration with: Evelyne Bouchard from Tandem Architecture Écologique, Charlotte Gaudette from Mousse Architecture de Paysage, and the teams at Ingénir Groupe Conseil and Smith + Andersen.
