Drone view: discover the progress of the Kangiqsualujjuaq Youth House

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then an aerial view is worth ten thousand! Discover the progress of the new Kangiqsualujjuaq Youth House in a short video captured by drone.

Begun in September 2024, construction of this project will be completed in the summer of 2025. The future building will offer dynamic community spaces dedicated to the youth of this northern Nunavik village.

EVOQ has designed a simple yet effective building that incorporates a theme chosen by the community, giving each Youth House a unique identity through diverse colors and textures. In Kangiqsualujjuaq, the caribou — significant to the community — was selected as the main theme.
