EVOQ Explore: The Nahum Gelber Law Library

Established in 1998, the Nahum Gelber Law Library at McGill University features impeccable architecture that has been described as “ambitious and innovative”.

During our EVOQ Explores tour, we discussed this, and how meaningful the building is to the university. Located steps away from downtown Montreal, the library is a hub for law students throughout the school year. Architect Dan Hanganu made it his goal to create both form and function with his design, interviewing law students to establish optimal seating for studying and collaboration while meeting the ongoing demands of 21st century learning.
