LEED Silver for Maisonneuve Library

The Maisonneuve Library project has just been certified LEED Silver!

From the competition stage onwards, this project for adaptive reuse and expansion of a heritage building was designed to meet Montreal's sustainable development objectives, including the Quebec government's climate action plan and the emissions reduction plan for the Montreal region. .

A #zero-carbon operational building, the project includes 1,300 m² of landscaping , rainwater harvesting facilities, and a rooftop garden for urban agriculture activities.
