The project is located in Ottawa’s suburbs on a 6.2-hectare site known locally as “Triangle Land.” Its urban and architectural approach is shaped by the site’s irregular form, steep slope, and disjointed link to the road.
Surrounded by large commercial zones and predominantly single-family residential neighborhoods, the proposed mid-rise residential development includes limited commercial space mainly for residents. As a pioneering initiative, the project redefines the area’s context, enabling urban redevelopment and residential growth within the commercial sector.
The buildings wind through the site, with both ends connecting to main arterial roads, forming visible entry portals. Taller structures punctuate the long façades, acting as focal points. Gateways at ground level connect generous outdoor public spaces, ensuring smooth pedestrian and bicycle circulation.
