Mackenzie-King Estate
The Mackenzie King Estate belonged to Canada’s 10th and longest serving Prime Minister William Lyon Mackenzie King. The 231-hectare (2.31 km2) estate has more than 10 faithfully restored cottages open to the public.
The grounds are managed by the National Capital Commission (NCC) and offer wooded paths, gardens, and interactive exhibits. EVOQ was mandated to rehabilitate and expand the main Moorside Cottage to include a museum and tearoom.
