Raglan Mine - Extension of the Administration Building and Dry Room

The aim of the project was to extend the administration and dry room building on three levels (approximately 2,000 m²), including the refurbishment of the existing locker room and dry room on the first floor. The work was carried out in two phases, starting with the extension, followed by the refurbishment once the new facilities were up and running. As the building was occupied for the duration of the works, close coordination with the client was necessary to ensure uninterrupted use of the premises during the critical 90-minute periods in the morning and evening.
