New hangar for Transport Canada in Iqaluit

As part of the Government of Canada’s Oceans Protection Plan, Transport Canada has announced the construction of a new aircraft hangar for its National Aerial Surveillance Program (NASP) in Iqaluit. This project will improve infrastructure in the Arctic and allow year-round aviation operations, as well as help support the safety, security, and environmental sustainability of marine transportation in the North.

EVOQ was mandated in 2019 by Transport Canada to develop, design and perform site visits for the new hangar.
