Guelph Provincial Offences Court – Restoration of Three Heritage Buildings
As part of the conservation of the Guelph judicial complex, EVOQ is leading the rehabilitation of three heritage buildings, each with distinct architectural character. The project encompasses a range of interventions: masonry reconstruction and rehabilitation, as well as window and door restoration.
Phase 1, now successfully completed, focused on the masonry rehabilitation of the gatehouse and the prototyping of foundation repairs at the courthouse. Phase 2, currently underway, addresses the masonry, door and window rehabilitation of the Annex building.
This project reflects EVOQ's expertise in the integrated conservation of the built heritage.
