City of Vaudreuil-Dorion Municipal Hub - Finalist
An architecture of identity with a flexible and open architectural concept focused on citizen accessibility and the democratization of knowledge. It creates a new “urban piece” that integrates landscape, buildings and public spaces, while accommodating a central garden and pedestrian routes linking the site to local infrastructures such as the railway station and the future aquatic center. The green esplanade and themed gardens offer versatile spaces for civic events, while the contemporary design fosters the connection between nature and culture. Architectural porosity enables seamless interaction between indoor and outdoor spaces, reinforcing the openness of this space to the community.

The project incorporates ecological principles by concealing parking under a landscaped surface, maximizing vegetation on the esplanade and promoting alternative transport. Green spaces encourage biodiversity, and sustainable installations reduce the site's environmental footprint.
