Les Suites Marlowe

Located at the strategic intersection of Sherbrooke Street West and Marlowe Avenue in Montreal, the building comprises 21 residential units spread over three floors and a mezzanine, integrated thoughtfully into the dense fabric of the neighborhood.

The building incorporates lively commercial spaces on the ground floor, promoting the vitality of the living environment, as well as an underground parking level that meets the functional needs of residents. The superimposition of these different uses—commercial, residential, and parking—reflects a desire to maximize the efficiency of the site while offering contemporary living quality.

Scheduled for completion in 2022, this project marks a significant contribution to the gentle densification and revitalization of the Sherbrooke West corridor.
