St. Patrick’s Basilica
St. Patrick’s Basilica, a fine example of French Gothic revival architecture in Canada, stands as a prominent landmark in downtown Montreal. Its particular significance to the Irish community is underlined by its designation as a National Historic Site of Canada.
EVOQ’s mandate included the structural stabilization of the east pinnacle of the church. Additional work included masonry repairs to the Congress Hall’s chimney and parapets, as well as the restoration of stairs and perimeter walls.
