Université de Montréal: Spatial Reconfiguration - Roger-Gaudry West Pavilion
In consortium with NFOE, EVOQ was mandated to reallocate vacated spaces in the west sector of the Roger-Gaudry Pavilion, the iconic building designed by architect Ernest Cormier.
The project involves a complete renovation of the premises to accommodate the University of Montréal's audiology and speech-language pathology departments. The intervention focuses on bright, functional spaces equipped with state-of-the-art technology, while respecting the heritage character of the building. The work also includes upgrading the staircases to meet current safety and accessibility standards.
Led by the Project Office of the Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur and the Société québécoise des infrastructures, this project requires rigorous coordination, as construction is carried out alongside other concurrent projects within an occupied building. Delivery is scheduled for fall 2026.
