OAA Design Excellence Award for the Rehabilitation of the Wellington Building in Ottawa

EVOQ architecture is proud to announce that the Rehabilitation of the Wellington Building in Ottawa has received the OAA’s prestigious Design Excellence Award.
This landmark Beaux-arts style building located across from parliament hill in Ottawa has been extensively rehabilitated to enhance its structure and to accommodate new parliamentary functions for the government of Canada. Working with lead design architect NORR Limited, EVOQ’s role as heritage architect included the restoration and rehabilitation of the building’s facades, metal roofs and valuable 1927 interior spaces.
