An experienced conservation architect and effective project manager, Lena is part of the heritage conservation team. She is involved in institutional projects of all sizes. She stands out for her ability to develop global overviews of her projects, based on detailed knowledge of the building’s history, its construction systems, and stakeholder issues. Lena has extensive knowledge of traditional and early 20th Century construction techniques and materials; notably, masonry.
Lena has sat on the Montreal Southwest Borough’s Planning Advisory Committee (CCU) since 2013. She is active in the Association for Preservation Technologies (APTi) as a member of its board of directors, co-chair of the Quebec chapter and co-chair of committees. Lena joined EVOQ in 2006 and has been a associate since 2019.
