The redevelopment of this park commemorates 400 years of history and was a rare opportunity to revive the spirit of a heritage site. Gently curving paths bordered by lush green slopes lead to the serene banks of the Rivière des Prairies. Custom-built wooden benches, platforms and swing benches, inspired by the era when raftsmen floated timber down the river, seamlessly integrate with the landscape and provide serene areas for reflection and leisure.
