Commemoration of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
September 27, 2024
September 30th in Canada marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. EVOQ encourages you to join us in commemorating this day by honouring residential school survivors, their families and communities, engaging in meaningful discussions, remembering the children who never returned home. On September 30th, we will be listening, learning, and remembering the painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools in Canada.
