An EVOQ employee publishes on local history

Marie-Joëlle Larin-Lampron has recently published a book on the Rioux-Belzile Manor in collaboration with her father, the historian Robert Larin. This book, published in French by Septentrion Editors, describes the history of the house, its inhabitants and the village of Trois-Pistoles in rural Quebec. It also exposes its uncertain future.
Marie-Joëlle Larin-Lampron has a Master of Architecture from Université de Montréal and she is interested in the conservation of built heritage. Robert Larin has a Ph. D. in History and he is a specialist of colonial France and of migration patterns.
