The Priests of Saint-Sulpice of Montreal (a.k.a. the Sulpicians) mandated EVOQ Architecture to produce a master plan supporting development and enhancement projects on the site of the Sulpicians’ principal teaching facility, the Grand Séminaire de Montréal, a property subject to multiple levels of official heritage recognition.
The Campus du Fort de la Montagne Master Plan (Plan directeur du Campus du Fort de la Montagne), published in June 2018, aims to guide present and future stakeholders in the development and consolidation of the property’s foundational theological and educational missions. This reference document communicates the global intentions for the site, conceived as a campus, to stakeholders including the Collège de Montréal secondary school (which already occupies a part of the site),
