The “La Sportive” Residence

This residence, in Lac Saint-Joseph, is nestled in a lush green setting, where the landscape architect’s work can be enjoyed from every angle. A large outdoor sports area suitable for basketball, hockey and tennis was created on the roof of the garage, blending into the topography of the surrounding landscape. The design preserves the mature trees growing around the residence and provides panoramic views of the surroundings. Paved pathways lead to the water’s edge and to a fire pit under a canopy of greenery. The overall effect is further enhanced by custom lighting in keeping with the architectural wood and metal cladding.
