Main responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the process of developing and submitting proposals for new projects, as well as providing support for the coordination of external communications. In collaboration with the tendering team, this role includes coordination, document drafting, database management and archiving.

  • Monitor tender opportunities for new projects and coordinate with the Tender Manager.
  • Manage the preparation and proposal process, including the collection of content, architects’ resumes s and project sheets.
  • Graphic editing of service offers.
  • Contribute to the drafting and update of documents relevant to service offers.
  • Draft internal and external memos, including social networks.
  • Contribute to the design of promotional material.

About you

  • Bilingual, both written and spoken

Your qualifications

  • University degree (writing, communications, translation, marketing, library science, etc.) or a professional degree in a similar field or equivalent
  • Over 3 years’ experience in a pertinent or equivalent position
  • Experience in an administrative support or coordination role (asset)
  • Bilingual, oral and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge in graphic design software: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, etc. (asset)
  • Knowledge of proposal and tender processes (asset).
