Our projects touch on the following areas of expertise:

• Master plan / development / preliminary design;
• Parks and green space development;
• Schoolyards and daycares;
• Sustainable stormwater management with green infrastructure and phytotechnology;
• Facilities for indigenous communities;
• Conservation of built / cultural / landscape heritage;
• Institutional developments (libraries, university buildings, government buildings);
• Large-scale contemporary housing projects.

Principal Responsibilities

• Develop design development/construction documents;
• Sketching and design development, design fluency is required
• Prepare tender documents (including plans and specifications);
• Assist in guiding one or two people as project manager;
• Ensure the follow-up of the work.

Your Skills

• Landscape architect, certified member of the AAPQ (required);
• Intermediate 5 to 10 years experience;
• Excellent written and spoken French;
• Bilingualism (an asset)
• Computer skills: AutoCAD, the Office suite, the Adobe suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator);
• Curious and abreast of new trends and develop new expertise;
• Sense of organization and autonomy;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
